假的,並無法治療新冠肺炎,會有此研究多半是因為單寧酸。番茄、蘋果、葡萄、芭樂、綠香蕉、山楂、覆盆子、蔓越莓等蔬果單寧酸含量都不低,但是單寧酸容易和蛋白質結合成「鞣酸蛋白」,凝固成塊,恐怕會造成消化不良、腸胃不適等狀況。儘管研究發現,單寧酸能夠抑制新冠病毒,但值得注意的是,想要靠飲食攝取足量的單寧酸抑制新冠病毒相當困難。
