設計地圖查詢的人強調，違規地圖的用意並不是想讓家長惶恐和製造與園所間的對立，只是希望能以此做為父母幫孩子在選擇幼兒園上的一個參考，若園所有違規紀錄，但情節並非嚴重者，或已改善、正在努力改善的園所，爸爸媽媽也該給予鼓勵。
