飲食攝取的鈉含量過多時,身體為降低過高的鈉離子濃度,血液中會充滿水分,使得心臟輸出的血液量增加,導致每次從心臟打出的血液對血管壁衝擊過大,所以才引起血壓升高。但食物療法未必有效,有任何困難請諮詢專業醫師。
