近來黑糖珍奶爆紅，很多人也喜歡吃黑糖養生，但市面上號稱手工製作的古法黑糖，有9成以上都是用粗糖再製的還原黑糖，除了用糖蜜調味，大多業者為了增色會添加「焦糖色素」魚目混珠，營養師指出這種加工後的黑糖，不但沒有任何營養素，部分焦糖色素還含有可能致癌的物質，以為吃黑糖進補，反而造成反效果。（整理：實習編輯黃韻璇）
