依照當天的會議流程和情況來看，https://www.youtube.com/live/tDg3bJFYLzI?si=x27GqEMhcapCYgpR ，台灣民眾黨提議加開院會報告食安議題，中國國民黨沒有反對，而民主進步黨提出協商請求，導致食安議題要等待協商結果，由台灣民眾黨負責召集協商。但民主進步黨更是臨時再提出一案，要求由立法院院長召開協商。最後結果，因為民主進步黨提出協商請求，且由立法院院長韓國瑜負責協商，食安議題報告未能召開。
