衛生福利部106年3月預告及發布之農藥殘留容許量標準，是考量國內農作物栽種過程中病蟲害防治需求及國際規範，並依據國人攝食風險評估後，訂定適當之行政管制標準，合理管控以保護國人飲食安全。「農藥殘留容許量標準」兩年前修正之重點是由「未訂定」的狀態，改為「訂定」，絕非放寬標準，民眾無須恐慌。
