刑事局今天表示，詐騙集團看準社群軟體網購風日盛，透過購買版面進行「一頁式廣告」詐騙，提醒民眾注意網頁無公司地址和電話、售價低於市場行情等6大特徵，以防受騙。

刑事局提醒，民眾若發現貨到付款的商品和網購商品不符時，應儘速向負責運送宅配的業者反映，同時可撥打配送單上寄件人電話辦理退貨；若配送單無寄件人，可先詢問送貨的宅配業者，告知要辦理退貨，並請宅配業者提供先前寄件人的電話和電郵，再辦理退款。
