假的。教育部鄭重澄清，目前新課綱所發行之小學課本僅有「小一上」一冊，相關內容在教孩子，初到校園時如何交朋友、保持禮貌，並透過遊戲引導孩子與他人相處，也教孩子如何正確運動、清潔、保持身體健康，絕不可能有教孩子「自慰」等相關內容。
