若信用卡真不幸遭到盜刷，必須在第一時間聯絡銀行的客服，告知有不尋常的交易，銀行會將其列為「爭議款」，並進行後續的處理，卡友就不用負擔該筆金額的損失；另外，也可向銀行申請換發新卡，舊卡隨即作廢，可能要支付100～300元不等的費用
