鴻海聲明表示，鴻海並無在大陸借錢一兆二億元情事，所謂欠款與還債問題乃是惡意造謠攻擊，而且集團正處於產業旺季，包含大陸鄭州廠在內，皆持續徵才當中，當然更無裁員五萬人的事情，至於越南、印度廠區業務拓展皆順利進行中，更無所謂的相關設備被查扣之事。
