假的。以微血管回充觀察是否隱形缺氧並不實際，因當新冠病人要觀察到微血管回充時間變長，人可能都已經倒地猝死了。新冠病人的隱形缺氧是血液循環還沒出問題，但實際上早已缺氧。按壓手指觀察甲床顏色能不能迅速從白色變回粉紅色，是測量微血管回充時間，常用來評估休克的病人血液循環狀況，並不是評估血氧指標。
