不要群聚是正確的，然而醫院並不會放出「活體帶原者」，重症住院患者，當症狀緩解，經追蹤1次採檢陰性，或Ct值大於30就可轉出隔離或專責病房。至於輕症、無症狀不建議再前往醫院暴露感染風險。
