世界衛生組織建議成年人,每人每日攝入反式脂肪含量應該要少過人體所需能量的1%,即是以將正常成年女性每天攝入2,000千卡為例,反式脂肪的攝入量上限是2.2克。只要不過量攝取,食用並沒有關係。
