假的。護理師前後一共使用了兩副針頭，第一副是由中央配發的針頭，用來抽取疫苗，因為抽疫苗的時候，針頭可能會變鈍，所以抽完疫苗後，會更換成第二副針頭，用新的針頭來施打疫苗，避免讓施打的人疼痛或造成注射不順的狀況，蘇院長施打所使用的黃色針頭即是後來換上的第二副針頭。
