青春期是長高的關鍵期,飲食均衡、運動都很重要。
人之所以會長高,關鍵就是生長板,生長板是位在四肢長骨末端的軟骨組織,會受生長激素刺激,使生長板發育、骨骼拉長,身高變高。
但是成長的高度,其實受到遺傳基因限制,運動只能幫助發育中的孩子,長到基因所賦予的身高極限。
