內文對瘦肉精的資訊大抵正確;而文中認為四種族群須留意,為蘇一峰醫師個人觀點;我國食藥署的風險評估報告則有不同研究成果。

■食藥署發布的《食用肉品暴露萊克多巴胺之健康風險評估》報告認為,高風險族群僅有一類,即「坐月子婦女」。

若坐月子期間每天吃超過一副腎臟及一副肝臟(若皆為美國進口含瘦肉精的內臟),則可能會超過可接受之風險。

■其餘不同年齡、性別的民眾,依據食藥署推估,風險皆在可接受範圍內。
