台北市立聯合醫院牙科醫療部主任陳立愷表示,平常除了刷牙時要注意牙齦是否也清潔到了,還可以多按摩牙齦。平常在家中利用簡單的方法輕輕按壓牙齦,或買特殊功能牙刷按摩刺激牙齦,可讓牙齦更健康,減少牙周病的發生;若牙齦有輕微發炎時,也幫助牙齦恢復健康。但若牙齦有疼痛感就不要按壓。
