洋蔥為低草酸食物,搭配魚、蝦或海帶一起煮,不會產生結石。正常攝取,不會有「洋蔥與魚同吃,造成人體對於魚的蛋白質無法吸收」狀況。洋蔥和蜂蜜各自都是天然的食物,在均衡飲食的狀況下,不會有失明的風險。唯一要留意的是,洋蔥生食較為辛辣,且容易造成腹部脹氣;因此,腸胃較敏感者建議少量攝取,才不致造成身體過大的負擔。
