依勞動部函釋，勞工在事業場所外工作指導原則，加班應以實際勞務提供的起訖時間計算，而依LINE的對話頻率、次數、內容及通話秒數，工作時間至少以1分鐘計算；不過，依照一例一休新法規定，休假日加班未滿4小時仍需以4小時計薪，至於LINE訊息交付工作，即便是1分鐘，也同樣得以4小時計算加班費。
