這些養生方法多半只是來賓的分享,應該聽骨科醫師的建議,配合治療與運動方式才能得到較好的結果。運動時首重安全,要選擇光線明亮、地形平坦的運動場所,避免在濕滑的地面上活動。基本上,阻力運動對骨質疏鬆症患者的禁忌較少,不過,當骨質疏鬆症的病況比較嚴重時,從事阻力運動時所採用的強度也要特別小心謹慎。運動前一定要先熱身,然後拉筋,接著才開始運動。運動後也要緩和結束。
